WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping costs start at $12 and increase, depending on the size of your order. If you place an order today, you can expect that it will be shipped the following weekday through Priority Mail.

IF I ORDER NOW, WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT TO BE DONE?

Depending on our workload, the number of hours will vary, but we do complete every order same day. If you are ordering outside of our operational hours or at the end of the day, expect it to be completed the following day. No matter what, you will receive a message when the order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup/shipping.

WHAT ARE “ADD ON FEES”?

If you request additional features - such as lettering - to your order, please choose the appropriate add on fee, add to cart, and purchase. Otherwise, we will charge you at pickup or put a hold on the shipment until you have paid.
